Actuator Control System
Check 1. 2W D/4WD A ctuator Inspection
•
Remove:
Actuator Lead Connector [A]
Clamp [B]
•
Measure the resistance between the following terminals
in the actuator lead connector [A].
Special Tool - Hand Tester: 57001-1394
Actuator Internal Resistance
4 (Red) - 6 (Black): 3 ∼ 15 Ω
1 (Orange) - 3 (Blue): 3.5 ∼ 6.5 kΩ
2 (Yellow) - 3 (Blue): 630 ∼ 3,720 Ω
If any reading is not within the specified range, replace
the 2WD/4WD actuator.
Check 2. Engine Brake Actuator Inspection
•
Remove:
Actuator Lead Connector [A]
•
Measure the resistance between the following terminals
in the actuator lead connector [A].
Special Tool - Hand Tester: 57001-1394
Actuator Internal Resistance
4 (Red) - 6 (Black): 3 ∼ 15 Ω
1 (Orange) - 3 (Blue): 3.5 ∼ 6.5 kΩ
2 (Yellow) - 3 (Blue): 630 ∼ 5,330 Ω
If any reading is not within the specified range, replace
the engine brake actuator.
