Managing the Appliance
Viewing and Creating a Status Report
You can gather troubleshooting information about the status of the Wireless LAN
Solution Engine using this option.
Status reports show information about the product database status, product
process status, log files, and so on.
Note Status reports reflect the UTC time.
Procedure
Step 1 Select Administration > Appliance > Diagnostics > WLSE Info. The WLSE
Information and Status Report dialog box appears.
Step 2 To display a report, click its name. If there are no reports listed, you must create
a new report by clicking Create.
Step 3 To create a new report, click Create. It will take five to seven minutes for the
report to be complete. To display the new report, click its name. If the new report
is not listed, click Refresh.
Step 4 To delete a report, click the report check box, then click Delete.

Viewing and Creating a Self-Test Report
Self-tests include memory, database, DNS setup, and backup location
configuration tests. Self-test reports indicate whether the tests passed or failed.
