• Disconnect the cooling fan coupler
CD.
• Disconnect the cooling fan thermo-switch coupler (2).
• Remove the radiator mounting bolts.
• Remove the radiator.
ICAUTION I
I Be careful not to bent the radiator fin.
• Remove the front engine cover.
EXHAUST PIPE AND MUFFLER
• Remove the exhaust pipe bolts.
• With the muffler connecting bolt loosened, remove the
exhaust pipe.
