• Install the thermostat case.
NOTE:
Fit the clamp to the thermostat case
bolt@.
• Tighten the thermostat cover bolt to the specified torque.

Thermostat cover bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m 7.0 Ib-ft)
• Install the fuel tank. (c::::TS-S)
• Install the front seat.

REMOVAL AND DISASSEMBLY
• Remove the under cowling. (c::::TS-3)
• Drain the engine coolant. (c::::T2-19)
• Drain the engine oil. (c::::T2-13)
NOTE:
Before draining engine oil
and
engine coolant, inspect engine oil
and
coolant leakage between the water pump
and
crankcase. If
engine oil is leaking, visually inspect the oil seal
and
a-ring. If
engine coolant is leaking, visually inspect the mechanical seal
and
seal washer.
