• Install the clutch pressure plate.
• Install the clutch springs.
• Hold the clutch housing with the special tool.

• Tighten the clutch spring set bolts to the specified torque.

Clutch

set bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ib-ft)
NOTE:
Tighten the clutch spring
set
bolts diagonally.
CLUTCH COVER
• Apply SUZUKI BOND lightly to the mating surfaces at the
parting line between the upper, middle and lower crankcases
as shown.

• Install the gasket
CD
and the dowel pins

ICAUTION I
Use the new gasket
to
prevent
oil
leakage.
• Install the clutch cover and tighten its bolts to the specified
torque.

bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 Ib-ft)
NOTE:
* Fit the clamp to the bolt ® as shown.
* Fit the gaskets to the bolts @ as shown.
