• Remove the upper crankcase bolts.
• Remove the lower crankcase bolts (M8).
• Remove the crankshaft journal bolts (M9).
• Remove the lower crankcase assembly.
• Remove the dowel pins, O-ring 2 and cap 3.
COUNTERSHAFT
• Remove the dowel pin.
• Remove the retainer 1, bushing 2, gearshift shaft and fork
3.
• Remove the oil seal 4 and countershaft assembly 5.
• Remove the C-ring 6 and bearing pin 7.
