3-12 ENGINE
• Install the engine sprocket and the washer.
• Apply a small quantity of THREAD LOCK to the driveshaft
thread portion.
99000-32050: THREAD LOCK “1342”
• Tighten the engine sprocket nut to the specified torque.
Engine sprocket nut: 115 N·m (11.5 kgf-m, 83.0 lb-ft)
• Install the speed sensor rotor 3.
• Tighten the speed sensor rotor bolt 4 to the specified torque.
Speed sensor rotor bolt: 25 N·m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the clutch push rod
end.
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A”
(or equivalent grease)
• Install the engine sprocket cover.
• Replace the exhaust pipe gaskets and muffler connector with
new ones.

Be sure to face the tabs
