REMOVAL
• Remove the front seat. (8-5)
• Remove the fuel tank. (5-4)
• Disconnect the HO
2
sensor lead wire coupler. (10-40)
• Remove the under cowling. (8-5)
• Remove the exhaust muffler. (6-10)
• Loosen the axle nut.
• Support the motorcycle with a jack relieve no load on the rear
shock absorber.
• Remove the rear wheel. (8-41)
• Remove the rear brake hose clamp 1.
• Remove the rear brake hose guide 2.
• Remove the side-stand switch 3.
• Remove the side-stand bracket 4.
• Remove the exhaust muffler bracket-left 5.
