5. Type D:\setup (where D is the drive letter of your CD or DVD
drive), and then click OK.
6. At the Welcome page, click Next.
7. In the Select Drive page, select the map drive letter of the
SMECourses folder. As you go through the installation process,
make sure you select the same drive letter for all the discs (if you
are installing from CD).
8. Click Next to start the installation. The installation program
displays a progress indicator while the files are being copied.
9. When the files are copied, click Finish.
10. Remove the CD or DVD from the drive. Repeat steps 3 through 9
for each of the additional courseware CDs (2-10) and the Math
Concepts and Skills 2 course CD.
Note:
If you are installing the Math Concepts and Skills 2
course, you need to select if you want to install the course to a
content server or to the local workstation.
• If you install the courseware from a DVD and have only
Windows clients in your setup, go to “Accessing the
Courseware from a Workstation” on page 86.
• If you install the courseware from a DVD and have Macintosh
clients in your setup, go to “Configuring the Courseware
Server for Macintosh Clients” on page 86.
• If you installed the courseware from courseware CDs, go to
“CD Verification” on page 85.
Note: Ensure that all SuccessMaker users have only Read,
Read & Execute, and List Folder Contents rights to the
volume or share to which you installed the courseware.
