Creating Groups
1. Right-click the Groups folder in the Computer Management
window, and then select New Group.
2. Type SMusers in the Group Name box, and then click Add.
3. Hold down the CTRL key, click SMstudent and SMteacher (and
any other user accounts that require access permissions to the
SuccessMaker Enterprise v1.6 management system), and then click
Add. The user names appear in the lower pane of the dialog box.
4. Click OK. The user names you added, now appear in the list of
user accounts for the new group.
5. Click Create, and then click Close.
6. You must now create a shared folder for your Windows
workstations. Go to “Creating a Shared Folder for Windows
Workstations” on page 35.
