Note:
If you are installing the Math Concepts and Skills 2
course, you need to select if you want to install the course to a
content server or to the local workstation.
• If you installed the courseware from a DVD, go to “Accessing
the Courseware from a Workstation” on page 141.
• If you installed the courseware from a CD, repeat steps 3
through 9 for each of the additional courseware CDs (2-10)
and the Math Concepts and Skills 2 course CD. After you
install all the CDs, go to the next section.
Note: Ensure that all SuccessMaker users are given at least
Read rights to the volume on which you install the
courseware.
CD Verification
After you install the courseware, open the install.properties file from the
CAI folder on your courseware server. Check if all the CDs were installed
successfully.
If any CD in the installation kit is missing from this list, you must install that
CD. See “Installing the Courseware” on page 139.
If you have installed the MCS 2 courseware CD, you must configure the
server for Macintosh clients. If you do not have Macintosh clients, go to
“Accessing the Courseware from a Workstation” on page 141.
