Report Service Failure
Error starting the report service
If the Report Service does not start automatically after restarting your server,
ensure that the server and the client workstations have a static IP address
assigned to them.
Report Error
Data mismatch in Report options of the standard based
report property file created in a previous version.
You must redefine report property files for Standard Based reports of a
previous version. Due to the addition of twenty-two states in v1.6, a data
mismatch occurs in the report options. To save the report property files with
appropriate report options, complete the following steps:
1. From the Report menu, click Print/View. The Report Select
window displays and shows a list of available report categories.
In the Report Select window, you can see all the report property
files that you have created or which others have distributed to you
through the User File Management utility.
2. Double-click the name of the report that contains the property files
you want to view.
3. Select the property file in the Report Select window and click View
Options. The options window for the selected property file
displays.
4. Make the desired modifications and click Save. The modifications
you made to the file are saved.
5. Click View to view the report.
