Sharing a Folder for Macintosh Clients on a
Server Running Windows 2000
1. On the desktop of your server, click Start, point to Settings, and
then click Control Panel.
2. In Control Panel, open Administrative Tools.
3. In Administrative Tools, open Computer Management.
4. Click the plus (+) sign next to Shared Folders.
5. Right-click the Shares folder, and then click New File Share. The
Create Shared Folder dialog box appears.
6. In the Folder to share box, type or select the location of the
SMECourses folder.
7. Clear the Microsoft Windows check box, and select the Apple
Macintosh check box.
8. In the Macintosh share name box, type SMECourses.
