If you select the Classic mode, ensure that Macintosh
Runtime for Java 2.2.5 exists on your Macintosh workstations.
9. Click Continue.
10. You can run the SuccessMaker Enterprise v1.6 courseware from a
CD, a DVD, or from a courseware server on the network. If you
plan to use a courseware server to run courses, it is still necessary
to specify whether you will use a CD or a DVD in the event that
the courseware server becomes unavailable. Select CD or DVD,
and then click Okay.
Note: If you are running Mac OS 9.x on your workstation, you must restart
your Macintosh client before you run the SuccessMaker Enterprise v1.6
management system.
You have completed the Macintosh workstation setup. If you do not use Mac
OS X workstations, you can continue with one of the following sections:
• If you are going to use a courseware server to deliver curriculum
content, go to “Installing the Courseware Server Software” on
page 136.
• If you are going to run the courseware from CD or DVD, go to
“Licensing and Verifying the Installation” on page 142.
• For further information on Macintosh workstation optimization
settings, go to “Tech Notes and Tips” on page 144.
