Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump Relay Removal
CAUTION
Never drop the relay, especially on a hard surface.
Such a shock to the relay can dam age it.
•
Remove the seat cover (see Frame chapter).
•
Remove the fuel pump relay [A] from the tongue of the
storage compartment.
•
Disconnect the connector.

Fuel Pump Relay Inspection
•
Remove the f uel pump relay (see above).
•
Connect the hand tester [A] and one 12 V battery [B] to
the relay connector [C] as shown.
