Color Difference Target Color Data Operation
When Manual Scan is Set
When the Scan Name method is set to “Manual Scan”, follow the procedure below to read a “name” with
the bar code scanner.
[Operating Procedure]
Start the procedure from the <Menu> screen of the <Target> screen.

Use the or button of the cross key to
move the cursor to “Scan Name” and then
press the [SAVE/SEL] button.
The <Scan Name> screen is displayed.
Read “name” data with the bar code scanner.

• Pressing the [Cancel] (Back) button cancels the name
reading.
Note
• When the bar code scanner fails reading a name, an
error message appears to prompt the user to invoke the
manual scan to read the name again.
• Although the Bluetooth connection is established, the
input may be disabled in the case when the Scan Name
operation is attempted while the bar code scanner is
turned off.
