For Nearest Airports, tapping the AIRPORT FILTER soft key allows
the user to configure the airport filter by setting the minimum runway
length and surface requirements. The filter will not allow airports
below the minimum requirements to be displayed in the list.

When the user has selected (highlighted) the nearest point in the
desired destination list, the user taps the
soft key. The system
sets a new course from the aircraft’s present position directly to the
desired nearest point’s position and shows the new Direct-To course
on the map.
To cancel an active Direct-To navigation, tap the soft key, tap the
Clear soft key on the virtual keyboard and then tap the Enter soft
key.
