Track Angle Error Data Field
The track angle error data window displays the
difference between the desired track and the current aircraft track
over ground in integer degrees. An arrow indicates the direction to
steer to reduce the track angle error.
Track Angle Data Field
The track angle data window displays the track angle of
the aircraft over the ground in integer degrees relative to magnetic
north.
Track To Steer Data Field
The track to steer data window displays the calculated
optimum track over ground angle to be flown to achieve the desired
track to the destination waypoint as an integer value relative to
magnetic north.
Waypoint Ident Data Field.
The waypoint ident data window displays the ident of
the current destination waypoint.
If the waypoint ident is unavailable then dashes are displayed.
The waypoint ident is truncated to fit into the size of the data window.

magnitude of, and direction to steer, to reduce the perpendicular
