The FIELDBUS DEVICE PROPERTIES dialog box appears (see
Figure D-2).

4. Enter all of the requested device information in the dialog box.
NOTE
The DeltaV software automatically completes the ADDRESS field. You
can customize these fields, but it usually is not necessary. Select the
device revision based upon the transmitters to be used.
5. Click OK to add the device to the segment.
The device appears on the segment as a noncommissioned fieldbus
device ( ).
