Out of specification J Replace the clutch
shoes and springs as a set.

3.2 ~ 3.5mm (0.13 ~ 0.14in)
<Limit>: 2.0mm (0.079in)
TIP
8 Inspect clutch shoes a.
8 After removing the clutch shoe spring, do
not use them again.
8 Replace the all three as a set.
TIP
After sanding the glazed areas, clean the clutch
with a cloth.

Cracks/damage/wear J Replace.
Grease/oil J Clean the primary and sec-
ondary sheave.
2. Measure:
8V-belt width a
Out of specification J Replace.
