B.3 CELLACTIVATE Activate CDMA modem for specific carrier
This command allows the user to activate the CDMA cellular modem for a specified carrier. Since the
GSM/GPRS/HSDPA SIM cards are pre-activated, this command is only used with SMART-MR15s
with CDMA modems.
Abbreviated ASCII Syntax: Message ID: 8215
CELLACTIVATE carrier [mdn] [meid] [username] [password]
