G Check for continuity between the switch
contacts -- Place meter leads between two
contacts with switch in ON position.
G Probe the worklight plug wires at back of
vehicle, there should be at least 12V at the
plug.
G Check for 12 volt power at the blue wire.
Worklight Plug Wires
BRAKE LIGHT / WORK LIGHT
REPLACEMENT
The brake light (A) and the work light (B) are both
located in the rear tail lamp housing.

1. To remove the worklight electrical connector (B),
pull down on the connector lock and pull the
connector from the bulb assembly.

2. To remove the brake light electrical connector (B),
press in on the tab on the connector to unlock the
connector and pull the connector from the bulb
assembly.

3. To remove either of the bulbs, turn the holder
assembly counter--clockwise to remove and pull
out. Turn the holder assembly clockwise to
install. Refer to the parts manual for the correct
bulb part number.
