Saving the destination of a Multi-Stop route as a private charging
station
If the destination of a Multi-Stop route is not saved as a public or private
charging station, you will be asked at the beginning of navigation
whether you can charge your vehicle there.
Tap on No if it is not possible to charge the vehicle there.
The destination will not be saved as a charging station. A charging
station near the destination will be planned in the calculation of the
Multi-Stop route.
Tap on This time only if you can charge your vehicle there but do
not want to save this information.
The destination will not be saved as a charging station. However, it
will be considered as a charging station for the current navigation.
Tap on Always (as favourite) if you want to charge your vehicle
there whenever necessary.
The destination will be saved in the F
AVOURITES list as a Private
charging station. It will be considered as a normal charging station
for all future navigation calculations.
Identifying favourites as charging stations
You can mark any favourite as a charging station. If required, save your
navigation destination in the F
AVOURITES list (see "Saving destinations"
on page 49).
1. In the N
AVIGATION window, tap on My destinations > Favourites.
2. Tap on the favourite which you want to mark as a charging station.
The D
ETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE DESTINATION window opens.
3. Tap on Options > Charging station.
The CHARGING STATION window opens.
Tap on No if there is no charging possibility at this favourite.
Tap on Normal charging station if you can charge you vehicle at
normal speed at this favourite's address. This is possible at many
standard household power sockets and at most public charging
stations with alternating current (AC).
The favourite will be saved as a charging station. In the F
AVOURITES
list it will be marked with the symbol (Normal charging station).
Tap on High-speed charging station if you can charge your vehicle
at high speed at this favourite's address. This is usually possible at
charging stations with direct current (DC) and a combination
connection.
