DUST CONTROL SYSTEM NOZZLES
No water from the nozzles The nozzle holes are clogged Clean
The nozzle holes are dirty Clean/replace
No water to the nozzles The working mode is not activated Activate the working mode switch
The water tanks are empty Fill the tanks
The water pump switch is off Turn on
The high-pressure valve is closed Open
The fl oat is stuck Repair
The water fi lter is clogged Clean/replace
The by-pass on the control valve is open Close
The pressure is too low Calibrate the control valve
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The hoses are broken Repair
The pump does not operate Repair/replace
The water pump does not stop The fl oat is stuck Repair
The fl oat is not properly installed Install properly
STEERING SYSTEM
The steering is hard The power steering is faulty Replace
The priority valve is faulty Replace
The rear wheel hydraulic control cylinder is

BRAKE SYSTEM
The machine brake system is not effi cient The brake fl uid is insuffi cient Check the brake fl uid level

STABILITY
When the machine moves the stability is
reduced
The tyre pressure is incorrect Check the tyre pressure
The rubber dampers are damaged/missing Replace
