USING THE REAR SUCTION PIPE
Using the manual suction hose
Start the engine as shown in the Diesel Engine Start paragraph.1.
Turn the accelerator lever (2, Fig. D) to idle.2.
Turn the potentiometer (12, Fig. E) to idle, by turning it fully counter-clockwise.3.
Enable the hydraulic system by pressing the lower part of the switch (31, Fig. E).4.
WARNING!
When the hydraulic system is enabled, when pressing the switch (31, Fig. E) the engine speed automatically
reaches 1,100 rpm.
Pay careful attention when driving because the machine accelerates all of a sudden.
When turning the potentiometer (12, Fig. E) clockwise, the engine speed can be adjusted up to 1,850 rpm.5.
CAUTION!
If 1,950 rpm are exceeded when working, a safety system stops the accessory system and the rpm number (1,
Fig. H) ashes to warn about the fault.
Lift the hopper by pressing and holding the upper part of the switch (24, Fig. E).6.
Install the reduction (1, Fig. Q) (which is inside the cab) on the branch pipe (2) between the suction inlet and the hopper.7.
Lower the hopper by pressing and holding the lower part of the switch (24, Fig. E).8.
Turn on the suction fan by pressing the lower part of the switch (30, Fig. E).9.
Check and, if necessary, pour water in the dust control system tanks.10.
Turn on the water pump by pressing the upper part of the switch (28, Fig. E).11.
CAUTION!
Ensure that the broom and suction inlet nozzle valves are closed.
Remove the hose (3, Fig. Q) from its housing on the rear side of the machine and use it to collect dust and debris.12.
Pull the pin (5, Fig. Q) and turn the handle (6) to the position shown in the gure. Hold the lever in this position by releasing the 13.
pin (5) and ensure that the pin is inserted in the relevant housing.
If necessary, open the ball valve (4, Fig. Q) to deliver water from the rear hose nozzle.14.
USING THE WINDSCREEN WIPER
To turn on the windscreen wiper use the combination switch (22, Fig. D), having the functions shown in Machine Description
chapter.
USING THE CAB HEATING
Adjust the air temperature by using the control knob (25, Fig. D). Turn the knob clockwise to increase the air temperature.1.
Adjust the air ow by using the control knob (23, Fig. D). Three speeds can be chosen.2.
WARNING!
Do not clog the vent air ow (36, Fig. D).
NOTE
There are ve vents in the cab.
