USE
WARNING!
On some points of the machine there are some adhesive plates indicating:
DANGER –
WARNING –
CAUTION –
CONSULTATION –
WARNING!
Do not cover these plates for any reason and immediately replace them if they are damaged.
BEFORE START-UP
If necessary, refuel through the fi ller cap (9, Fig. F).1.
CAUTION!
Do not fi ll the fuel tank to the top, but leave at least 4 cm from the fi ller neck to allow the fuel to expand.
CAUTION!
Use diesel fuel only; do not use bio-diesel.
Check water level in the dust control system tanks, and check which symbol (12, Fig. H) turns on:2.
• main tank and sub-tank are full
• main tank is empty and sub-tank is full
• main tank and sub-tank are empty. In this condition, the dust control system and high-pressure washing system turn off
after about 5 seconds.

• failure in the dust control system tank water level detection or visualisation system. Contact a Nilfi sk Service Center.
CAUTION!
A safety system turns of the water pump if the water level in the tanks is insuffi cient for an interval of 10
seconds or more.
If necessary, top-up as shown in Dust Control System Water Tank Filling/Emptying paragraph.3.
Check that there are no open doors/hoods and that the machine is in normal operating conditions.4.
