SUCTION FAN
The suction fan is noisy The fan bearings are worn Replace the motor
The motor is faulty Replace the motor
The fan is faulty Repair/replace
The suction fan turns but it is not effi cient The suction grid are clogged Clean
The suction hose is clogged Clean
The suction hose is cut/torn Replace
The gasket between the suction inlet and the
hopper is broken or misadjusted
Replace/adjust
The hopper is not fully lowered Fully lower the hopper and return it to horizon-
tal position
The hopper upper panels are opened Close
There is no pressure at the suction fan motor
drive pump
Adjust the pump pressure
The suction fan turns slowly or does not turn
at all
The working mode is not activated Activate the working mode switch
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The distributor solenoid valve is not powered Check the electrical system
The distributor is stuck Repair
The motor is faulty Replace
The pump is faulty Replace
SUCTION INLET AND SKIRT
The suction inlet does not collect debris ef-
fi ciently
The suction inlet position is not correct Check the suction inlet and skirt height and
operation
The suction inlet gaskets are worn Replace
The hopper is not fully lowered Fully lower the hopper and return it to horizon-
tal position
The suction hose is clogged Clean
The suction hose is damaged/torn Replace
The suction inlet does not lift The working mode is not activated Activate the working mode switch
The power supply fuse is open Replace
There is an open in the lifting push-button Replace
The distributor solenoid valve is not powered Check the electrical system
The cylinder calibration dowels are clogged Disassemble and clean
The solenoid valves are stuck Replace
The cylinder gaskets are worn Overhaul the cylinders
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system Check the pump pressure
