SUCTION INLET AND SKIRT
The suction inlet does not lower The lowering control has not been used prop-
erly
Hold the control pressed longer
The safety chain is locked Release
There is an open in the lowering push-button Replace
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The distributor solenoid valve is not powered Check the electrical system
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system Check the pump pressure
The cylinder calibration dowels are clogged Disassemble and clean
The skirt does not open/close There is an open in the opening/closing
switches
Replace
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The distributor solenoid valves are not powered Check the electrical system
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system Check the pump pressure
The cylinder calibration dowel is clogged Disassemble and clean
The skirt is damaged or jammed Repair
HOPPER AND RELEVANT DOOR
The hopper does not lift/dump The working mode is not activated Activate the working mode switch
The hopper sensors are out of position or dam-
aged
Adjust or replace
The hopper is not at a safe position to be
dumped
Lift the hopper more
There is an open in the lifting/dumping switches Replace
The power supply fuse is open Replace
The distributor solenoid valves are not powered Check the electrical system
The solenoid valves are stuck Replace
There is no pressure at the hydraulic system Check the pump pressure
The hopper does not return to horizontal posi-
tion/lower
The support rod is not engaged Lift and engage
The hopper has not returned to horizontal

Fully retract before lowering
