Machine memory visualisation6.
CAUTION!
This reading and/or check must be
performed with the machine stopped, in
order not to distract attention from driving.
When the key is turned to ON and the machine is stopped,
it is possible to check the data about the machine condition
by performing:
Condition of some signals , in “MAIN MENU” on
the display (32, Fig. D). To do this, repeatedly press
the lower part of the push-button (23, Fig. E) until the
above-mentioned item appears. Con rm by pressing
the upper part of the push-button (23, Fig. D). The
arrow cursor (1, Fig. J) will be placed near the word
“STATUS”. By repeatedly pressing the lower part of the
push-button (23, Fig. E) the pages STATUS.01 (41,
Fig. J), STATUS.02 (24) and STATUS.03 (28) can be
displayed. STATUS.01 controls inputs and outputs from
the AIA control board. Each square indicates one input/
output of the AIA control board (if it is full, it is active, if
it is empty it is not active) and represents:

Working mode control input (6, Fig. J)

STATUS.02 (24, Fig. J) shows the position of the
accelerator lever (25) where “BIT” value must be
within 25 and 225 bit. The visualisation (26, Fig. J)
repeats the visualisation (25). The visualisation (27,
Fig. J) represents the diesel engine speed adjustment
potentiometer (12, Fig. E) where “BIT” value must be
within 92 and 167.
STATUS.03 (28, Fig. J) shows the condition of some
important parameters of the diesel engine:
Engine oil temperature (29, Fig. J). If the value is
above 125 °C the diesel engine power limitation
phase starts.
Intake manifold air temperature (30, Fig. J). If the
value is above 70 °C the diesel engine power
limitation phase starts.
Fuel temperature (31, Fig. J). If the value is above
70 °C the diesel engine power limitation phase
starts.
Battery voltage (32, Fig. J).
CAUTION!
If the voltage is lower than 12 Volt, the
display (32, Fig. E) will show an error of
battery charging (28, Fig. I).
Consultation of maintenance intervals , in “MAIN
MENU” on the display (32, Fig. E). To do this,
repeatedly press the upper part of the push-button
(23, Fig. E) until the above-mentioned item appears.
Con rm by pressing the lower part of the push-button
(23, Fig. E). The arrow cursor (1, Fig. J) will be placed
near the word “STATUS”. Press the lower part of the
push-button (23, Fig. E) again to bring the arrow cursor
near the word “MAINTENANCE”. Con rm by pressing
the upper part of the push-button (23, Fig. E). On
the display (32, Fig. E) the page “MAINT.01” will be
displayed. The number of hours (35, Fig. J) indicates
how many hours there are before maintenance MA_0
will expire (150 hours), while the number of hours
(36) indicates how many hours there are before
maintenance MA_1 will expire (500 hours). By pressing
the upper part of the push-button (23, Fig. E) again,
the display (32) will show the page “MAINT.02”. The
number of hours (37, Fig. J) indicates the diesel engine
running hours, the number of hours (38) indicates
the machine working hours, the number of km (39)
indicates the total number of km travelled by the
machine, while the number (40) indicates the alarms
occurred after the last system reset.
Consultation of instrument inner ALARM LIST (18,
Fig. E), in “MAIN MENU” on the display (32). To do
this, repeatedly press the upper part of the push-button
(23, Fig. E) until the above-mentioned item appears.
Con rm by pressing the lower part of the push-button
(23, Fig. E). The arrow cursor (1, Fig. J) will be placed
near the word “STATUS”. Press the lower part of the
push-button (23, Fig. E) again to bring the arrow cursor
near the word “DIAGNOSTIC”. Con rm by pressing
the upper part of the push-button (23, Fig. E). On the
display (32, Fig. D) the page “ALARM_L.01” is shown.
By pressing the upper part of the push-button (23,
Fig. E) again, the page “ALARM_L.02” will be shown.
These two pages contains the alarms shown in Alarm
Description paragraph. The numbers (1, 2, 3 and 5,
Fig. K) indicates how many times the alarm occurred.
The alarm (4, Fig. K) indicates how many hours have
passed since the clogged lter has been detected.
If one of these numbers is different from zero, it is
possible to check when the malfunction occurred.
Press the lower part of the push-button (23, Fig. E) until
the arrow cursor (6, Fig. K) is placed near the required
data. By pressing the upper part of the push-button (23,
Fig. E) again, the page of the required alarm will be
shown. For example, Fig. L shows the “engine coolant
overtemperature” alarm occurred for the rst time after
500 hours, and the second time after 5,550 hours.
