Sun and Moon
The Sun and Moon Tables provide you with a graphic
depiction of the sun and moon relative to the Earth.
Sun and moon positions can be shown for any time,
date, and location.
The Sun and Moon Page also shows sunrise, sunset,
moonrise and moonset times for the selected time,
date and location. On-screen buttons allow you to
animate the movement of the sun and moon and stop
at a given time/date. The button to the left animates
the sun and moon on the screen. The center button
animates more rapidly, showing the phases of the
moon. The right button stops animation.
To show sun and moon positions:
1. Access the Sun and Moon Page from the Main
Menu.
2. To view the predictions for a different date and
time, highlight those elds, and press ENTER
to show the Number Keypad.
3. To view the predictions for a different location,
highlight the Location eld, and press ENTER
to show the New Location options menu, and
choose from the options shown.
