timeout
— Specifies the timeout value in seconds. (Range: 1–30)
Default Configuration
The default value is 3 seconds.

This command has no user guidelines.
Example
The following example sets the interval for which a switch waits for a server
host to reply to 5 seconds.
console(config)#radius-server timeout 5
retransmit
Use the retransmit command in Radius mode to specify the number of times
the Radius client retransmits requests to the Radius server.
Syntax
retransmit
retries
retries —
Specifies the retransmit value. (Range: 1-10 attempts)
Default Configuration
The default number for attempts is 3.

User Guidelines
User must enter the mode corresponding to a specific Radius server before
executing this command.
