Guidance menu
Select the menu item required:
Guidance Options
– Allows the current
options to be changed, see
Guidance
options selection.
Set Average Speed
– Allows the current
settings to be changed, see
Average
speed settings.
Guidance options selection
The screen shows the currently selected
option for each item. The options
available are as follows:
Guidance Voice
– On/Off.
Destination Info.
– Time/Distance.
Screen View
– Full/Split.
Map/Symbol
– Map/Sym.
Use the Cursor control to select the
required item (Up/Down) and option
(Left/Right). Press Enter to confirm.
Note: When Symbol is selected, the
screen view options have no effect.
Average speed settings
The screen shows the current average
speed settings for major and minor
roads. These values are used by the
system to calculate the time to
destination on the map display.
To change a speed setting, select the type
of road required using function
button F1 (Major), or F2 (Minor). Change
the speed by using the Cursor control
(Left/Right) and press Enter. The Set Up
menu is displayed again.
