Each output port can be programmed to meet most any special require-
ments of devices that conform to the NMEA 0183 data format specifica-
tion. The
SETUP
function described below allows the selection of the
specific 0183 sentences that will be transmitted by the 941X.
Press the
STAR
key until you see the
USER CUSTOMIZATION
menu.
Press the menu key marked
PORT SETUP OPTIONS
, then press the
PORT 1 SETUP
or
PORT 2 SETUP
key.
