To download map data by city:

If the Map Loader application is not open, click
Start
>
Programs
>
Dell
>
Axim Navigation System
>
Map Loader
.
NOTE: The first time you run the Map Loader, a message appears indicating
that if you have limited memory available in your Pocket PC you should
use the By City method. Check the Don’t show this message again check
box if you do not want to see this warning again.

Click the
By City
tab if it is not the active tab.

Select the
Region
containing the city you want to select. The
City
list
is populated with the cities in that region.

Select the
City

Move the
Map Radius
slider to the appropriate distance. Distances
range from 12 to 60 miles around the selected city. As you move the
slider the
Selected Size
field shows the approximate amount of storage
space required for the selected map data.

From the
Targeted Location
list, select the location where the map
data should be stored.
NOTE: Storing map data in storage cards is recommended. If you select the
storage card, the Storage Card Selection dialog box appears. Select the
appropriate storage card and click OK. If existing map data is found on the
