I cannot find a location
• Check that the address is entered
correctly.
• Check that the appropriate map for
the address is loaded.
Sometimes an address is not stored in the
database. NAVTEQ is always updating the
map content. To provide feedback and add a
new address complete a Feedback Form on
www.dell.com/go/aximnavigation.
I cannot hear the guidance
instructions
• On the map, check the speaker icon at
the bottom of the screen. Tap the icon
to unmute the instructions.
•Tap
Options
and then tap
Guidance
Volume
. Increase the volume and then
tap
OK
.
My map is stuck in map panning
mode
Tap the red X in the lower right corner. You
return to the Map view.
I cannot load an additional map
• Before installing additional maps,
verify that the Navigation System is
not running. From the
Start
menu, tap
Settings >System
>
Memory.
On the
Running Programs
tab, tap
Nav
System
>
Stop
.
• Verify that there is sufficient memory
available on your Pocket PC or selected
storage card.
There is not enough memory to
install my map
• Select a smaller map to install. Install
maps by
City
rather than by
Region
.
• Install an additional SD or CF card in
the expansion slot.
• Remove programs from your Pocket
PC main memory to make space
available
