INSTALLING THE GENERATOR
1. Install:
Sgenerator rotor
Swasher
New
Sgenerator rotor bolt
SClean the tapered portion of the crankshaft
and the generator rotor hub.
SReplace the washer with new one.
2. Tighten:
Sgenerator rotor bolt

SWhile holding the generator rotor

with the
sheave holder

, tighten the generator rotor
bolt.
SDo not allow the sheave holder to touch the
projection on the generator rotor.

Ssealant
(onto the stator coil assembly lead grommet)

4. Install:
