INSTALLING THE HANDLEBARS
1. Stand the motorcycle on a level surface.
Securely support the motorcycle so that
there is no danger of it falling over.
2. Install:
Sthrottle cables
Sthrottle grip

Sright handlebar switch

Align the projection

on the right handlebar
switch with the hole

in the right handlebar.
3. Install:
Sright handlebar

Sright handlebar pinch bolt

4. Install:
Sfront brake master cylinder

Smaster cylinder holder
2
SInstall the brake master cylinder holder
with the “UP” mark facing up.
SFirst, tighten the upper bolt, and then the
lower bolt.
SAlign the mating surfaces of the brake master
cylinder holder with the punch mark
a
on the
right handlebar.
SThere should be 8.2 mm (0.32 in) of clearance
between the right handlebar switch and the
brake master cylinder holder.
