The air distribution can be adjusted manually.

The air distribution is adjusted according to
the chosen setting.
You can also turn the control to a position
between two symbols.
Automatic climate control

Turn air distribution control 1 or 8
(Y page 181) to the desired symbol.
The indicator lamp in button U goes out.
The automatic air distribution is switched
off. The air distribution is adjusted
according to the chosen setting.

Decrease/increase: Turn air volume
control 1 (Y page 179) clockwise or
counterclockwise.
Automatic climate control

Front defroster
You can use this setting to defrost the
windshield, for example if it is iced up.
You can also defog the windshield and the
side windows.

Keep this setting selected only until the
windshield or the side windows are clear
again.
