SWIRL CHAMBER REMOVAL
(1) Insert a round rod in the glow plug hole. Remove the
swirl chamber by tapping the rod with a hammer.
INSPECTION
CAMSHAFT
End play
(1) Measure the end play. Fit a new cylinder head if the
measured value deviates from t h e specified value.
Difference between cam height and base circle
diameter
(1) Fit a new camshaft

if the limit value is exceeded.
