Recently Found Places
Each recent list holds up to 30 items. The last 30 businesses are listed in the POI list, the last 15 cities
are in the cities list, etc. The most recently reviewed item is at the top of each list and the list is in reverse-
chronological order. You can use the ‘Recent Finds’ option to locate points of interest, addresses and
intersections, cities, and other locations. The ‘Recently Found Places’ page is denoted by a fi le tab at the top
that identifi es the function of that page.
To locate a Recently Find:
1. Press the FIND key to display the Find Feature menu. Select ‘Recent Finds’ to display a list of places (you
can also display the ‘Recent Finds’ page by pressing on and holding down the unit or remote FIND key).
Select the fi le tab category to the right to display the list of types and select of your choice .
2. Select the desired item on the list to display the information page. The information page includes the full
name, type, address, and phone number (only for points of interest). You can choose to save the selection
as a waypoint (‘Flag’ icon), show it on the map (‘ Show On Map’), or route to it (‘ Go To’).
To clear points from the Recent Finds list
1. To clear a point from a list, highlight the point or to clear an entire list, select the list category type. From
the Recent Finds list press the unit or remote MENU key.
2. Select from ‘Delete Point’, ‘Delete List’, or ‘Delete All Finds’. Note that this only clears the list and does
not delete the actual point.
