i. You can opt to connect to your server and download new messages on a defined schedule. You
can set whether the Work or The Internet connection profile is to be used. See Chapter 16 for
further details.
ii. In the next screen you can choose to have an authentication request for sending outgoing mail,
require a secure connection during all connections, and only display a certain number of days
worth of messages.

a. POP3 account users will see this screen. You can choose whether only message headers
(no message body) should be downloaded, whether a certain number of kilobytes of the
message should be downloaded, or if the entire message should be downloaded.
