REMOVAL SERVICE POINT

OIL JET REMOVAL
(1) Knock out the oil jets using an appropriate metal rod.
Caution
1. Be careful not to scratch the cylinder wall.
2. Do not reuse the removed oil jets.
INSTALLATION SERVICE POINTS

OIL JET INSTALLATION
(1) Using a 4.5 mm diameter pin punch, drive in the oil jet
to the crankshaft journal until it seats to the bottom.

CRANKSHAFT BEARING INSTALLATION
(1) When the bearings are to be replaced, select correct
ones and install them in the correct positions according
to the identification marks stamped on the crankshaft
and the top surface of the cylinder block.
