Open the trunk.

Opening: Turn lock 1 clockwise.

Pull cover 2 downward in direction of
arrow.

Closing: Press cover 2 backward.

Turn lock 1 counterclockwise.
Fuse box in engine compartment

Open the hood.

With a dry cloth, remove any moisture from
the fuse box 1.

Opening: Release wire 2 from fuse box
cover.
X
Opening: Release clamps 1.
X
Remove fuse box cover.
X
Closing: Make sure the sealing rubber is
positioned properly.

Press fuse box cover down and secure with
clamps 1.
X
Fasten wire 2 on fuse box cover.

The fuse box cover must be installed
properly to prevent moisture and/or dirt
from entering the fuse box and possibly
impairing fuse operation.

Close the hood after checking or replacing
fuses.
