Measure Distance Function
To have the receiver display the distance in a straight line between any two points:
1.
On the Map Page, press the MENU button to display the available options Ẅ.
2. On the Map Menu, select “Measure Distance” Ẅ. A ruler-shaped cursor will appear at your
current location
ẅ and a measure field will appear in the lower right corner of the map Ẇ.
3. On the Map Page, use the ROCKER PAD to position the cursor at the point from which you wish to
measure and press the ENTER button.
4. Use the ROCKER PAD to move the cursor to the destination point. A line will appear connecting the
first measuring point and the cursor
Ẇ. The distance between the two points is displayed in the
measure field.
5. Press the ESCAPE button to return to the main Map Page.
