6 Setting-up the ST4000+
SeaTalk interface
If you have connected the ST4000+ to other SeaTalk instruments or
control units, check the links as follows:
1. Press
standby.
2. Select display lighting level 3 (
LAMP 3) on any other SeaTalk
instrument or control unit.
3. The ST4000+ should immediately respond by switching on its
display lighting:
• if the display lighting does not switch on, there is a fault in the
SeaTalk cabling between the ST4000+ and the other
instruments/control units
