If A701 has received the GPS data (within 120 seconds), the message will
contain the longitude and latitude information. If A701 fails to receive the GPS
data, then the message will only show that you need help.
Without GPS data
Quick Position
Updating the ephemeris file is helpful for quick GPS positioning when using the
navigation program. You can update the ephemeris file from the manufacturer’s
server using Quick Position.
1. You need to connect to the Internet to
download the new ephemeris file. (See
section
7.1 for information on connections.)
2. Tap
Settings System Quick
Position
, or tap the icon on the Today
screen, to switch to the program.
3. Tap
ok on the message that appears.
4. Tap
Download File.
