runway normally has a right hand traffic pattern. For example, RT 25
31 designates that runways 25 and 31 have a right hand traffic pattern.

L - runway lighting sunset to sunrise
LPC - runway lighting is pilot controlled
LPT - runway lighting is part time or on-request
Blank indicates no runway lighting

HRD - hard surface

CLY - clay
SND - sand
DRT - dirt
ICE - ice
MAT - steel matting
SHL - shale
SNW - snow
(blank) - blank indicates unknown runway surface type

selected airport.
