Searching for a location by
address
The most frequently used function is Ad-
dress, in which the address is specified and
the location is searched.
p Depending on the search results, some
steps may be skipped.
1 Touch [Home] on the map screen and
then touch [Navigation].
= For details of theoperations, refer to Screen
switching overview on page 12.
2 Touch [Address].
3 Touch the key next to Country to dis-
play the country list.
4 Touch one of the items on the list to set
the country as search area.
The screen returns to the previous screen.
p Once the country has been selected, you
only have to change countries when thelo-
cation is outside of thecountry you se-
lected.
5 Touch the key next to State.
6 Touch one of the items on the list to set
it as search area.
The screen returns to the previous screen.
p Once the state, province, or territory has
been selected, you only have tochange
states, provinces, or territories when your
destination is outside of thestate, province,
or territory you selected.
7 Touch [City].
The Enter City Namescreen appears.
