Enable all the sub options under “ActiveX controls and plug-ins”
Then click OK to finish setup.
b. Other plug-ins, firewalls, or anti-virus programs may block ActiveX. Please
uninstall or close them.
Notice: When the Network Client is running on VISTA operation system, you also need
set relational ActiveX parameters. Steps for setting parameters are shown as follows:
1. Open IE browser, then select ‘Internet Options > Advanced > Security’
2. Enable ‘Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid’ and ‘Allow
active content to run in files on my computer’.
3. Click "OK" to finish the settings.
