IntelliPage’s built-in PageMate™ interface lets you command security and
convenience features from any touch-tone telephone! Just call your regular pager
number, enter your secret security code, then simply spell out START, STOP,
or any of several other commands on the telephone keypad. Within seconds,
your system will respond to your command and your pager will confirm it. Best
of all, if you already have a pager, you’ll have no additional service charges.
✔ Remote Engine Starting— Unlike all other remote engine starting systems,
which are limited to a few hundred feet at best, with IntelliPage, you just
phone-in a START command from anywhere in the world to safely start and
idles your vehicle’s engine for up to 30 minutes, allowing for pre-heating/cooling
of the passenger compartment. The parking lights flash and then stay on while
the engine idles for clear, on-going visual confirmation from a distance.
✔ AutoShutDown™— If left unattended, IntelliPage automatically shuts down
the engine after 30 minutes. Of course, you may remotely shut down the
engine anytime you wish by merely phoning in a STOP command.
✔ Automatic Safety Checks — Ensures that all of the following safety
conditions are met or your vehicle will not be remotely started:

Transmission must be in park
• Engine and ignition must be off
• Engine must not be overheated
•
Hood must be closed
✔ Cold Weather Cranking — Automatically cranks the engine for up to 10
seconds or until it starts, whichever occurs first. If it does not start, or starts
and then stalls, the system will try to restart it up to two additional times.
✔ Anti-Theft Measures — The car may be driven only after the system is disarmed
and the key is turned “ON.” If the engine was started remotely, it will be shut
down immediately if any of the following occurs:
• The alarm is triggered
• The transmission is moved out of the “PARK” position and/or the brake pedal is
pressed while the ignition switch is off
• Engine RPM exceeds a certain threshold while the ignition switch is off
